Nothing bad — your listings stay live and leads keep coming. The Free plan simply caps how many homes you can list at once (2). Delete or pause an old listing to free a slot, or upgrade for more.
What does the search ranking boost actually do?＋
Browse results are ordered by match quality. Pro and Premium listings get a ranking bonus so they appear above comparable homes — the displayed match score itself is never changed.
Can I cancel anytime?＋
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contracts. If you downgrade, existing listings above your new limit are paused, never deleted.
Do renters ever pay?＋
No. Browsing, saving, messaging, and tour requests are free for renters, always.
